Administer CACWT, California's statewide child welfare training platform, for the Central California counties the academy serves — managing user accounts and course assignments, handling training-related IT support, and representing the region in the monthly statewide workgroup that maintains and improves the system.

Built operations automation with Google Apps Script and Make.com on an Airtable backend: document generation, calendar scheduling, and dynamic travel-reimbursement calculations. Administer Airtable as the academy's core operational database, and develop eLearning coursework in Articulate Storyline.

Replaced manual trainer logistics with an automated system — document generation, calendar scheduling, and dynamic travel-reimbursement calculations — running against an Airtable backend. Cut a standing pile of by-hand coordination down to a trigger.
